Our Fire Sleeve is an aerospace grade thickwall braided fiberglass sleeving coated with specially compounded silicone rubber. It is intended to slide on easily over a variety of cables and hoses and expand readily to go over fittings and couplings.
 
Used to protect hoses and hose assemblies, tubing, piping, wires, wire assemblies and cables from short term flame exposure to 2000°F (+1093°C) when installed on a hose assembly qualified to SAE Aerospace standard 1055. 
 
Operating Temp -54°C to +260°C
Short Term Exposure upto 1093°C
Fluid resistant to hydraulic fluids and lubricating oil
